1. How to install TotalObserver?

TotalObserver is a software that is installed on a dedicated server. The server is either provided by the client or by us if the client decides to use TotalObserver as a service.

The installation of the software components on the server is performed by our integration team.

2. What do I need to have installed on my computer in order to use TotalObserver?

The user interface of TotalObserver is a web based application, so in order to use it the only mandatory thing is to have a current version of the web browser. All relevant browsers are supported: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safary, Opera.

To get information from the system, which are sent by email, you need to have an email client.

3. How long does the integration of TotalObserver last?

The length of the integration depends on various factors:

  • The degree of definition and "quantity" of the process that is integrated into the software of the client,
  • Skills and the right to make decisions of the team that leads with integracijom1,
  • Size of the organization in which the integration is carried out,
  • The need for additional development in order to make the process fully established through software.

Judging from experience, an integration can last ranging from one month, to three months, although there have also been longer integrations.

4. How much does TotalObserver cost?

The price of TotalObserver is made up of the price of integration and price of the license.

The cost of integration is directly connected to the time spent in the integration phase. This time can be spent on the analysis and definition of the process and any necessary developments (software customization) of the client. On the other hand the price of the license is related to the depth of the business processes that are implemented to the client through our software.

5. How does it pay off?

If you work in any of the industries in which TotalObserver is already integrated, it is definitely worth it.
