Maintenance process can be initiated by creating a service request from four different sources...

Service requests1 can be created in TotalObserver in the following ways:

  • Maintenance worker created the request,
  • An agent of the call center created the request,
  • The tenant or client created the request through the customer service,
  • The request was generated automatically through communication with BMS2 or other management system.

Each of these methods allows you to adjust the flow through which the request is resolved.
