TotalObserver is designed and implemented in a way to provide solution to both daily activities related to facility management, as well as to strategic decision making and management of middle sized and large properties.
To be able to meet different needs (no one site is the same, no one business model is the same), we have included the program so called Fit to my needs with idea to provide possibility for each client to request customisations of TotalObserver to meet specific needs of his/her property and business model.

Business model that comes with TotalObserver is tailored to provide full (total) support to customers and users of solution. The goal is not only to provide training at the very beginning, but to establish permanent co-operation and contact with users in a way full support to be offered during whole period of usage of application. This is the main reason why licence is organised in a way so that maintenance and support is always offered in package.
Training is essential part of process of integration and deployment of TotalObserver. Our team is going to support you both on site during training sessions as well as via email or phone in a way to cut down time needed you to become familiar with all possibilities. Later one, we'll still going to be available on demand to support all the efforts you have and to meet all your business changes.
